Don Ware is the founder and Partner of K4.

Prior to forming K4, Don served as President of two Philadelphia-based manufacturing businesses. Don was also a key team member with the ownership group of these businesses during their acquisition processes. Prior to becoming President of these companies, Don worked as a corporate banker for Scotiabank in New York focusing on credit platforms. He received his BA in Mathematics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Don lives in Wayne, PA, with his wife Annie, sons Richie and Tommy, and daughter Marie. He enjoys golf, the Talking Heads, crossword puzzles, and manufacturing.
